What is KAP, Kundalini Activation & Life Force Activation?
It’s a direct energy transmission that enters your body and activates your own Life force, also known by kundalini, vital energy or Chi, etc. Everyone is born with it. It is a complete transformation and re-wiring of internal systems and energy centers. The process is very powerful yet safe, it won’t shock the body. The intelligent energy that is being amplified and transmitted during the process works naturally with physical and energetic bodies and brings conscious expansion and physical healing to the participant.
It's the path of surrender, there is nothing you need to do while the energy is transmitted. Different from other modalities such as kundalini yoga, tantra or chi-gong, and no experience is needed in order to attend. To receive all you need to do is to lay on the mat, close your eyes and fully surrender.

What may happen during a session:
You may feel the energy running through the body, third eye activation with visions, images, colors. You might experience astral journeys; emotions rising such as sadness, laughter, joy… Body movements stretches, dancing, shaking, mudras. You may feel a deep state of bliss and connection to oneness.
It is a process that keeps on giving after each session. Nevertheless, what happens in the session is not what's most important, what comes after is a profound unblocking of your energy centers and a deeper connection to your intuition and to your true self. The real changes in your life occur because of these major internal shifts.
About the facilitator
Inês is a mentor and a light worker that channels energy frequencies to activate your energy system, clear blockages and trauma, and elevate you to higher states of consciousness, bringing you back into alignment. As a certified Kundalini Activation Facilitator trained by KAP Academy, she hosts in-person groups and private sessions in Portugal and occasionally internationally, as well as online.
