As a Designer, Energy Healer and Mentor, Inês has been on the path of her own spiritual growth since an early age. Always curious to learn about the mysteries of life and how to navigate beyond what is taught in schools and society, she developed a deep desire to inspire others. She left home/ Portugal at 19, embarking on a self discovery journey, living in London, New York, Miami and Mexico… was only after facing her own challenges, shadows, and dark moments that she felt determined to step into her inner strength and awaken her gifts. 

In her 20s, she realized her mission was to assist others in living a life of balance and harmony. Through various trainings and certifications, Inês began to cultivate her practice of healing and guiding. Starting with herself, she learned how to uncover blocks, wounds, and trauma, release them, and then access the wisdom of the inner self.

In her 30’s she opened her Interior Design company in Miami curating the energy of her clients homes. During the pandemic she moved to Tulum, Mexico to host her dreamy retreats and unique experiences in nature. 

Inês Martins is a certified Kundalini Activation facilitator, trained by KAP Academy in Costa Rica under the guidance of Master Venant Wong. She has also participated in numerous self-development workshops in USA & spiritual retreats around the world to continue her personal growth and expand her knowledge.

Back at her own roots, at 40, her work consists in a combination of all the tools along her life journey, known to be sensorial, grounding and powerful, awakening & aligning in all levels: emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually. She gets to serve with immense gratitude doing what she loves the most.
